You will want to execute leg stretches seeing that you will start doing more walking and possibly running. If you had been doing kegel exercises during pregnancy it is good to keep on doing these as they will reinforce your pelvic floor muscles. If you are unfamiliar with this, here is how it is done: Contract your pelvic floor muscles, hold the contraction for three seconds then let go for three seconds. Repeat 10 times. Very straightforward and effective!
