I really don't understand what happened to the world. There are gyms and fitness centers left and right. They are all over the place and the worst thing is more and more people are enrolling themselves into the gym. I have nothing against fitness centers; nevertheless, there are times that their prices are too high, so high that the average citizen can't afford. Thus, when thinking of workout and getting fit I asked myself one specific question, "do I really need to enroll myself into a gym"?

Indeed there are lots of benefits being on the gym. In the gym, there are personal trainers who may help you in your workout routine. There are many types of equipment for you to choose from to carry out your exercises. There is a clean shower room and locker room and it is also an excellent place to gain new pals and widen your network. But, are all those reasons enough for you to spend your hard earned money?

All I am saying is, if you don't have too much, and you're out of budget, then do not push yourself into enrolling in a fitness club that you cannot pay in the future. Why? Simply because there are a lot of ways to become fit, to lose weight and to become healthy. Enrolling into a gym is not going to make you lose your fats unless you really go in there and use the machine. You should not be affected or dictated by the society on where you need to spend your time being fit.

It is really the determination that should drive you to change your very own way of life and be fit.
